Over-sized Backstage Passes
Anime Central, the largest anime convention in the midwest, hosts the largest dance party, of which attendance exceeds 3,000. For a couple of years, I was approached to create the backstage passes for the event, which allowed me to incorporate a grunge style with anime illustrations. In 2011, I was partial to a wood type / western look. In 2009, I was commissioned to do 3 badges for 3 events. I decided to use the three mascots that represent the convention on each badge.
